Very Happy with my order

I bought the 10mm, 8mm and 4mm for a rope halter and jungle gym and it was perfect, worked very well and good quality and colours. Also priced very well, the courier just brought the price up but very happy I could courier it to Pretoria so no complaints there.

Wrong colour

I ordered a length of olive green to weave a chair seat, and when I ran out, I ordered another length of olive green. when the second order arrived, the green was completely different. I had to scrap everything and find an alternative, as the chair seat was for a competition. I tried to contact Ropes for Africa about the issue, but there was no answer. I would like some kind of compensation.
